Your access to and use of the services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, consultants, and others who access or use the services provided by Shaivi Care Centre.
By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients seeking physician consultant services from Shaivi Care Centre agree to provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, current health status, and any other relevant details requested by the consultant.
• Clients understand that the accuracy and completeness of the information provided directly impact the quality and effectiveness of the consultant services.
• Clients agree to follow any recommendations or guidelines provided by the physician consultants at Shaivi Care Centre to the best of their ability, understanding that failure to do so may affect the outcome of the consultation.

Confidentiality

• Shaivi Care Centre respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients and their personal health information.
• All information shared between the client and the physician consultant during the consultation will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's consent, except as required by law.
• Clients understand and acknowledge that while Shaivi takes measures to ensure the security of transmitted information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Payment and Fees

• Clients agree to pay the applicable fees for the physician consultant services provided by Shaivi Care Centre as outlined in the fee schedule provided at the time of booking the consultation.
• Payment for services rendered is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged with Shaivi Care Centre.
• Shaivi Care Centre reserves the right to change the fees for its services at any time, with notice provided to clients in advance of any changes taking effect.

Limitation of Liability

Shaivi Care Centre and its physician consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Shaivi Care Centre reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
